There are many places that you can use to identify your gauge. Using the image to the left we will show you many of the areas that we have broken out to help you define what your gauge is even if it is still in the dash of your boat. Use this handy pdf to find the areas that we will be looking at for a visual identification. ( Gauge Finder ) To begin: If your gauge is out of the dash, look on the side of the case. There should be a white label on it. This label was applied at the factory and has several identifying marks. Most factory part numbers have a alpha-numeric identifier. You can find this number on the label. Depending on the type of gauge you will see different number and letter combinations. The factory number is usually in this format; XX0000. There is usually a two digit letter followed by a four digit number. This can vary and there may be a three digit letter followed by a three digit number. Like this; XXX000. If you can find that number, letter combination then you are done. Please note that number down. That is the number that we will be asking for when you call. If you can not find the label on the side of the case or it can not be read for whatever reason we can still find your factory number. We have put together a database based on visual representations of things you can easily identify.
